- I am currently a second grade teacher and I just completed my first year of teaching. I can certainly say that teaching is the right career for me. I have overcome many adjustments throughout the past 2 years. My one year wedding anniversary will be June 27 and about one month ago we purchased our first home. I am married to my best friend, Adam, and we both love to spend our spare time outdoors. This is my first class toward my Master's degree, so I am definitely a little nervous and excited to start a new journey.
